Hi, I’m Nata — a registered personal trainer in Canada and a passionate home cook.
My work is all about helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their own bodies. Alongside fitness, food has always been a huge part of my life — I truly believe that health starts in the kitchen.
I started cooking when I was just 10 years old. As the oldest child in my family, I often helped take care of my younger sister and brother while my parents were working. That’s where I first learned how to turn simple ingredients into comforting, nourishing meals.
I was born in the former Soviet Union, raised in Central Asia, and I’m ethnically Korean. This unique background shaped my cooking style — a mix of Korean, Central Asian, and European influences that you’ll find throughout my recipes.
In 2024, my family and I moved to Canada from Uzbekistan, and we now call beautiful Vancouver home.
