Method
- Cut green onions into 10 cm (4 inch) pieces. Slice larger pieces lengthwise if needed.
- Boil water and blanch green onions for 3–5 minutes.
- Drain and immediately cool in cold water.
- Squeeze out excess water and transfer to a large mixing bowl.
- Add chili powder, paprika, ground coriander, soy sauce, and salt.
- Finely chop garlic, fresh chili, and sancho (or cilantro). Add on top.
- Heat vegetable oil until very hot, then pour over the ingredients.
- Mix everything thoroughly and serve.
