Tender Oven-Baked Pork Ribs with Spicy Glaze

Ingredients
  

For the ribs
  • 1600 g (3.5 lb) Pork Ribs
  • Your favorite dry seasonings and spices (salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, etc.)
For the glaze
  • 5 tbsp Light soy sauce
  • 5 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 5 tbsp Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Dark soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Honey

Method
 

  1. Pat the ribs dry with paper towels.
  2. Season generously with your favorite spices and rub them thoroughly into the meat.
  3. Place the ribs in a roasting bag or sealed container and marinate for at least 1 hour, or up to 24 hours in the refrigerator.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  5. Bake the ribs for 1 hour.
  6. While the ribs are baking, prepare the glaze by mixing the light soy sauce, Sriracha, ketchup, dark soy sauce, and honey in a bowl.
  7. Remove the ribs from the oven and brush generously with the glaze.
  8. Return the ribs to the oven and bake for an additional 25–30 minutes at 180–200°C (350–400°F), until caramelized and beautifully glazed.
  9. Let the ribs rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the ribs overnight.
  • Adjust the amount of Sriracha to make the glaze milder or spicier.
  • Serve with roasted potatoes, rice, coleslaw, or fresh vegetables.
